Processing times
Most in-stock orders are prepared within 2–4 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing may take longer; we will contact you if a material delay affects your order.
Rates and delivery
Available shipping methods, charges, and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout before an order is placed. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to display movement after a label is created.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete address. Contact wholesale@theohsweetjoy.com immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect or refused address may be deducted from a refund.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us promptly with your order number. Keep all packaging and photograph visible damage so we can help document the carrier inquiry.
