Return window
Contact wholesale@theohsweetjoy.com within 14 days after delivery to request return authorization. Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from fragrance or pet hair, and returned with original tags and packaging. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale items, made-to-order or customized products, gift cards, and items showing wear or damage after delivery are not returnable unless required by law. Product descriptions may identify additional item-specific restrictions.
Refunds and exchanges
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived defective. For a different size or style, contact us; availability is not guaranteed.
Order problems
Report an incorrect, defective, or transit-damaged item within 5 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the information and provide the appropriate resolution.
